Icon Gallery Store Policies
As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Icon Gallery. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by all of the provisions and restrictions set forth below, as well as our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the provisions outlined in those documents, please do not use or attempt to use this Site. Availability of Prints
All of our original photography is made to order and personally hand-printed—each one a labor of love and a work of art inspired by the music and artists that captivate our imagination and influence our lives. If a photograph is part of a limited edition, once the edition has sold out, the image will no longer be available on this site and will never be printed again in that particular size and format. If you would like additional information or have any questions regarding future availability of selected images, please contact Customer Support at support@icongallery.com.
Color Accuracy
We have made every effort to provide you with faithful representations of our vast collection of images and ensure that the colors are as accurate as possible. However, because of the wide differences in monitor calibrations and display settings, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of your monitor’s display. Even with all of our careful preparations, online viewing is always going to be severely lacking compared to the dynamic impact of a high-quality, large-format print.
Print Sizes
Standard photographic print measurements are stated as width first, then height, and the stated paper size will always equal the size of the print you ordered. The actual image size will be somewhat smaller than the listed paper size to provide space for matting and framing and to accommodate the photographer’s signature. Image cropping and proportion are also dependent on both technical and aesthetic decisions and, therefore, may differ between print sizes.
Correction of Errors & Inaccuracies
We strive for accuracy, but the content of this site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We reserve the right to update the product information displayed on this site at any time and to correct inaccuracies or omissions that may inadvertently occur.
Due to the nature of our products—many of which are produced in limited editions—price and availability are also subject to change without notice. In the event that a pricing correction affects your order, we will notify you and await your approval of the corrected price before continuing with your order.
Pricing
The prices displayed on this site are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid only in the United States.
Price Reductions
We are happy to process an adjustment for you if we reduce the price of any item that you have ordered from us within two weeks from the date that you submit your order. We offer price adjustments only for merchandise purchased at the original price.
Price Match Guarantee
To help you buy with confidence, if you find the same print for sale from another gallery at a lower price, we’ll match that price. This guarantee only applies to identical prints of the same print size and edition size. Any framing or special order pricing is not included.
Sales Tax
We are legally required to collect sales tax on all orders shipped to Illinois residents. The total price of your purchase will include the price of the merchandise plus any applicable sales tax based on the shipping address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time your order is placed.

If you are an established, licensed design professional, architect, or corporate art consultant, we would love to partner with you. We are happy to provide exclusive trade pricing and personalized support to help you enhance any project with our original photography. Secure Ordering
We understand your concerns about online security and privacy. Our primary goal is to ensure your peace of mind and provide a pleasurable shopping experience. For privacy and security purposes, all data passed between your browser and our web server is transmitted using state-of-the-art Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL data encryption is the industry standard and serves to protect your personal information and safeguard the integrity of online transactions.
Your Internet browser provides visual confirmation that you are on a secure site and that your data is securely encrypted. To verify an SSL connection, look for indicators such as a padlock icon or other security symbol in your browser address bar.
To provide you with the most secure shopping environment, we have also partnered with Braintree Payments, a division of PayPal—the world’s largest and most trusted payment gateway provider. Any financial information you provide is encoded and passed directly to Braintree, and at no point is your credit card information stored on our servers. Braintree adheres to strict industry standards for payment processing, including compliance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Braintree is committed to protecting your privacy and uses the latest in data encryption and anti-fraud technology to keep your information secure, reducing the risk of online fraud.

Safe Shopping Guarantee
We are dedicated to providing a safe and secure online shopping environment. If unauthorized charges are made to your credit card as a result of shopping with us, you will not be held accountable.
Most financial institutions will cover all charges resulting from credit card fraud or may limit your personal responsibility to $50, the maximum allowed under the Fair Credit Billing Act. If your credit card provider assesses a fee because of unauthorized use, we will cover the entire liability on your behalf, up to the full $50. This amount will only be covered if the unauthorized use resulted through no fault of your own from an authorized purchase made while using our secure servers.
In the unlikely event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must promptly notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting guidelines and procedures. For additional information on the Fair Credit Billing Act, contact the Bureau of Consumer Protection or visit the Federal Trade Commission at www.ftc.gov/.

Order Confirmation
When confirmation of your order is received, this indicates that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us and does not signify our acceptance of your order or constitute a confirmation of our offer to sell. At any time after receipt of your order, we reserve the right to limit the quantity of any item or decline your order for any reason, without prior notification.
There may be certain orders that we are unable to fulfill and must cancel, due to product unavailability, errors in the product description, suspected fraudulent payment activity, or other reasons. We will contact you if any portion of your order is modified or canceled; or if additional information or verifications are required to accept or process your order. If an order can only be partially completed, you will be given the opportunity to cancel the order in whole or in part.
Payment Methods
In order to accommodate your needs, we accept several methods of payment, including Credit or Debit Cards, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Cashier’s Checks, Money Orders, and Wire Transfer.
Credit & Debit Cards
Our credit and debit card payments are securely processed through Braintree Payments, a PayPal company. When you use Braintree, your financial information is not stored or shared with us in any way. You may only use credit or debit cards that belong to you or to people who expressly authorize you to use such payment methods. If we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide during the purchase or payment process, or if we are unable to verify or authorize your credit card or bank account information, we may cancel your order or request an alternate form of payment; and we may refuse to honor all future purchases made with those credit card or bank accounts and/or via any Accounts associated with those credit card or bank accounts.
PayPal
PayPal is the most trusted way to pay online and they protect your transaction with industry-leading security and sophisticated fraud-prevention systems. You can choose to fund your purchase with a credit card, debit card, bank account, or stored online credit in your PayPal account. If you choose to pay via PayPal, you will be redirected to a secure PayPal page to finalize your transaction after you complete the checkout process. Amazon Pay
Amazon Pay allows you to complete the checkout process using the shipping address and payment methods already stored in your Amazon account. At this time Amazon Gift Cards cannot be used as a payment method, you must use a Credit Card or Debit Card attached to your Amazon account. Cashier’s Check or Money Order
To pay for your purchase using a Cashier’s Check or Money Order:
- Obtain the final total of your order, including sales tax and any other additional charges
- Confirm that your cashier’s check or money order is for the full amount of the order
- Make the cashier’s check or money order payable to ‘Icon Gallery,’ and include your order number or a copy of your order
- Your payment must be received within ten calendar days after your order is placed

Cashier’s check or money order payments are only accepted when drawn on a U.S. bank. Payments may be subject to a ten-day bank hold (with the exception of U.S. Postal money orders).
Wire Transfer
To pay for your purchase via wire transfer:
- Obtain the final total of your order, including sales tax and any other additional charges
- Please note you are responsible for any transfer initiation fees and the fees of any intermediary banks through which the funds may pass
- We will send you the required wire transfer information with your order confirmation
- Have your bank electronically transfer the total amount of your order using the routing information provided
- Please reference your order number with your payment
Free Shipping
We proudly offer free shipping to any location in the United States. Free shipping is automatically applied—no minimum purchase, coupons, or promo codes are necessary.
Shipping Time
Although all the artwork displayed on this site is available for immediate purchase, most of our prints are produced to order. We make every attempt to ship orders as soon as possible, but producing fine-art prints requires a high degree of skill, and some production time is required. To keep our shipping costs low and get your order to you as soon as possible, most prints will be shipped to you directly from the photographer. If you purchase multiple prints, your items may be sent from more than one location, and shipments may arrive in separate packages on different dates. Shipping time will vary based on location, but you will typically receive your print within two to four weeks from the time your order is placed. You will be notified of any unusual delays and given the option of cancellation.
Packaging
All of our items are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit. Small to mid-sized prints are usually shipped flat; larger prints are usually shipped rolled in a sturdy fiber shipping tube. If you would prefer smaller prints to be rolled and shipped in a tube instead of being sent flat, please contact Customer Support at support@icongallery.com to request non-standard packaging.
Signature Confirmation
Our shipping policy requires that the carrier must obtain a signature at the time of delivery for fraud protection. If you choose to waive this requirement, you assume all risks associated with delivery and receipt at the shipping address provided by you at the time of purchase, and you agree that proof of delivery supplied by the carrier is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received. No shipments can be made to P.O. Box addresses, United States territories, or addresses outside of the United States.
Damaged Goods Policy
We take great care with the preparation and fulfillment of your order, but we have no control over packages once they leave our hands. We strive to use the most dependable delivery services available to ensure quick and reliable delivery, but at the same time, we realize that problems sometimes do occur. In the unfortunate event of damage or loss, all of our shipments are insured and covered for the full replacement value of your purchase.
Please inspect your purchase immediately upon arrival to make sure that it was not damaged during transit. If you find noticeable damage to the package or contents, please do not refuse delivery. Report the damage to the driver or delivery person and sign “RECEIVED DAMAGED” clearly on the delivery receipt. Be sure to retain your copy of this signed document, as it will help expedite the shipping claim process. Write down the name of the driver or delivery person and ask them to acknowledge and record a detailed description of the apparent damage.
Please notify us immediately, so that we can expedite the processing of a replacement or refund for your damaged goods. Do not discard the original packaging. Take pictures of the damage if possible, as this will assist us in submitting a claim. We may ask you to return damaged goods to us. When we do that, we will bear the delivery costs.

Return Policy
It’s really simple—we love the photography we sell, and we hope you will love it too.
Unfortunately, our products are custom made—each print is individually produced to fulfill your order, and every one is a unique work of art. Because of this, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except in connection with the following circumstances:
Items Damaged in Shipping
For items that are damaged by the carrier, we’re happy to help. Please refer to our Damaged Goods Policy.
Non-Receipt of Items
We assume no responsibility—and we will not be held liable under any circumstances—for lost or stolen packages if the carrier confirms that the delivery occurred. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation notification by email. If you have not received your order within two weeks of this notice, please contact Customer Support at support@icongallery.com and we will launch an inquiry and/or file a claim. If your package is judged to be lost, you will be offered the option of receiving a free replacement (if available) or a full refund.
Receipt of an Incorrect Item
If we’ve sent you an incorrect item, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. We will work to resolve your issue as soon as possible. As soon as you discover that what you received is not what you originally ordered, contact Customer Support at support@icongallery.com with details, and we will arrange for the collection and return of the incorrect item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will gladly send the correct item to you. If the correct item is no longer available, you will receive a refund of the full purchase amount.
Refunds
In any instance where a refund is provided, the credit will be applied to your original payment method. We will always do our best to issue your refund as quickly as possible, but, depending on your credit card company, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly statement.
